Poor quality of room towels is reminiscent of a budget hotel!!! Inconsistent privacy due to staff frequently checking on rooms is quite unsettling!!!

The infinity pool view was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, truly making the experience memorable. However, the room felt a bit cramped and had some maintenance issues, like the shower not draining well. Overall, it was an enchanting visit with breathtaking scenery!

The staff were Very nice! They went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience, including a surprise upgrade. The breakfast was really good, served on our terrace with fine views, setting the perfect tone for the day.

It wasn’t exactly affordable, but considering the service and amenities, it felt justified.

The towel quality was disappointing, with some being worn and more rag-like than luxurious. Additionally, staff occasionally moved too close around the rooms during cleaning, which felt intrusive, especially for couples seeking privacy during their stay.

The breathtaking views of the ocean from the Superior Suite with Caldera View made our stay truly unforgettable. Every morning, we enjoyed made-to-order breakfasts, including refreshing chopped salads, while soaking in the stunning scenery. The staff provided exceptional service, being both attentive and friendly, with the hotel manager setting a warm tone. Minor concerns included occasional delays in room service, some noise from nearby areas, and limited options at the bar, but these did not overshadow our overall experience.

Our group had an incredible time soaking in the gorgeous views while dining at the rooftop restaurant. We indulged in a private boat tour and enjoyed unique wine tastings through the concierge, which were amazing experiences. Each morning featured a delicious breakfast with a great variety, and the staff was super friendly and attentive.

One minor issue was that our room was a bit on the smaller side than we expected, but it was still comfortable overall.

The highlight was definitely dining at the rooftop restaurant, where the sunset views elevated our meals to a whole new level. However, the quality of the towels in our room fell short of our expectations and could use an upgrade.

The honeymoon suite was spacious with a private terrace offering breathtaking caldera views. Enjoyed the open-air jetted tub and luxury Bulgari amenities. The breakfast was a la carte, featuring fresh pastries and organic juices. The infinity pool had amazing views and attentive massage service added to the luxury feel.

I adored the stunning whitewashed buildings with beautiful views overlooking the caldera. The wide stairs, paired with functional lifts, made exploring this elegant sanctuary much easier, allowing me to fully enjoy the surroundings without strain.

More seating areas would enhance comfort for seniors.

Good place with its amazing pool, cute staff, and relaxing spa. I still remember how the staff helped me with printing during my first stay. It's the ideal spot for my romantic escapes!
